She is passionate about helping anyone understand they can keep their teeth “for a lifetime.” She leads and cultivates a team that equips their patients with promoting preventative measures and continuously innovates on providing additional access to care that this population would otherwise not receive. She recently received her master’s degree in healthcare leadership, which has stretched her to think outside the box on how to help the patients of DHA overcome social determinants of health and access to the care they need. She is active in the community and proud to participate in the following groups, paving the way for a better tomorrow.

Texas Health Community Impact Leadership Council-Tarrant County (2021-Present)

As a member of the council, we support the initiative of re-framing how to engage with communities and serve them better by leveraging existing partners, addressing social determinants of health, and using data to drive community health improvement locally.

Dental Health for Arlington, Inc. Ad Hoc Board Member (2016- present) As a non-voting member, she voices how the organization directly impacts our local community. I speak to the voting board members on agenda topics that are financial, strategic, operational, and innovative.

Keystone Church Student Leader- 7th grade (present) As a leader, we encourage the students to lean into God’s truth found only in the Holy Bible. The opportunity is a weekly commitment to a group of young ladies from their seventh-grade year to their graduation year. We are here to mentor, model stewardship, and equip them to be the women God has created them to be and, therefore, the women of tomorrow.
